| The need for improving business results is driven by various economic events and customer demands for better products or services at lower costs. By improving the quality of business processes higher customer satisfaction is achieved resulting in bottom line results. Using Philip Crosby's 14 steps for improvement, a systematic approach would be created. Through examination of your quality system or lack thereof, recommendations would be made to achieve the desired results. From management commitment to utilizing teams, quality issues would be handled through the use of problem solving methods. Measurement systems would be designed for the continual monitoring of the processes verifying the desired results are met. A quality system does not end. Continual improvement needs to be the goal as technology and customer demands are constantly changing. Continual improvement is the journey that leads to a successful business and satisfied employees and customers. |
